With us, you have the most fun side job in the world, giving you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities, while gaining experience and credentials for working with leadership and groups.

Play, have fun, and spread joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspired to continue sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children.
• Are joyful, playful, and engaged.
• Have football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports.
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively have a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

🎯 You should aim to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games in a playful and engaged manner, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.

🎯 We work from a ready-made session plan where all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading wonderful movement joy – focusing on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leader meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 17:00–19:00 or during the day on weekends. For specific times in certain areas, go to the website www.fotbollskul.se and search for Stockholm. There you can also read more about our operations.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
