As a Site Supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. We work in teams where your role in the team is to engage and motivate through participation. In collaboration with the Site Manager, you plan and lead projects forward, follow up on schedules, allocate resources, document daily work, and ensure that we deliver on our promises. You actively contribute to the technical and economic implementation of the project and lead and distribute the ongoing work. You participate in creating schedules, coordinate your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members. In your role, you work closely with a Site Manager, which means that you continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility. Your Profile as Site Supervisor To be successful in the role, we see that you have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent work experience from ground and infrastructure projects. It is an advantage if you also have experience from water/sewer and concrete projects. We welcome both those who have longer experience as a Site Supervisor and those who are at the beginning of their career, but have relevant education and a desire to develop. About Division Civil SouthEast The division has approximately 360 employees and covers the regions of Skaraborg, Jönköping County, Östergötland, Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar, and Nybergs Entreprenad AB on Gotland. Other Information The position starts with a probationary period of 6 months with a location in Jönköping. As part of NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on final candidates. You master Swedish in speech and writing and have a driver's license. Several of our projects require SUA classification.
