Construction Worker Wanted – Projects Across Most of Sweden

We are currently looking for experienced and driven construction workers. We have projects throughout the country, which means there is an opportunity for per diem allowances on some of our assignments. The allowance is paid out according to collective agreements and the Swedish Tax Agency's regulations. About the Role

As a construction worker at Prowork, you work on projects in most parts of Sweden, becoming a key part of the project's success. You work closely with site management and colleagues to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

We collaborate with established players in the earthworks and construction industry, which means varied projects and good opportunities for long-term assignments.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform earthworks and construction work according to drawings and instructions.
• Ensure that the work follows current safety requirements and procedures.
• Contribute to delivering projects according to schedule and quality goals.
• Handle tools, materials, and machinery responsibly.
• Collaborate closely with site management, machine operators, and the rest of the team.

Examples of Tasks

• Excavation, filling, and compaction.
• Water and sewerage work, stormwater, and drainage.
• Laying curbstones, paving stones, and other surface layers.
• Preparation for asphalt, gravel, and green areas.
• Height and position control with laser/measuring instruments.
• Simple machine operations (with appropriate qualifications).

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in construction work.
• Has a professional certificate (yrkesbevis).
• Can read and work from drawings.
• Has experience with lasers and measuring instruments.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a team and contributes to a good working environment.
