To our store in Ystad, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80%, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with us

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Meet the age requirement (20 years old) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

Experience from retail, service work, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
