Forenede Care provides home healthcare services and operates as a private provider in Uppsala Municipality. Our focus is on elderly care in both ordinary housing and SÄBO (coordinated housing and care) facilities. Our core values are care, kindness, and service. We practice person-centered care, always starting from each individual patient's specific wishes and needs. Together, we strive to improve and continuously develop our operations. We have 6 units, a night patrol, and on-call healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

As a licensed nurse, you help create conditions that allow patients to live as independent, engaged, and meaningful lives as possible. Within home care, you are responsible, capable of working independently, and value teamwork. The role requires good social skills, attention to detail, and independence.

Qualifications

You are a licensed District Nurse/Nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care or geriatrics. You are self-reliant with strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive, responsible, and flexible.

We are seeking a candidate with a few years of experience who feels confident in their role as a nurse. You enjoy working with and for people, have a very good attitude towards patients, and possess strong collaboration skills. You adapt easily to new situations and people. The role requires good social skills, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements: Valid driver's license (Category B)

Working Hours/Duration

Hourly employment. You will work every Wednesday evening, plus extra shifts as needed.

Shifts include evenings, holidays, and nights.
