About Us

Dals Ängar is a modern and cozy nursing home with 60 apartments spread across six departments and three floors. You will work with a fantastic team that constantly strives to achieve good and quality care. We are now looking for you who want to give that little extra so that our elderly residents can enjoy their time at our facility during the summer months.

About the Position

As an hourly substitute, your work will focus on providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and among other things perform the following tasks:

• Receive delegation of medication from SSK (Nursing Assistant).
• Conduct fun activities.
• Handle documentation and incident reports.
• Take overall responsibility together with your colleagues to plan and distribute tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; SSK, rehab staff, and on-call nurses.

Working Hours and Degree of Employment: Varying degree of employment. Day/evening/weekend/night shifts.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start Date: By agreement.

Who are you? We would prefer that you are trained as a nursing assistant (SSK) or have experience as a care aide with experience from nursing homes or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are just as important. To thrive in the role of an hourly employee, we believe you are a social person who wants to spread joy and create well-being for the people in your surroundings. A smile or a kind word can be what makes someone else's day much better.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in nursing homes or home care services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
