We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join one of Sweden's largest players in its field, specializing in solutions within telephony, IT, and technology. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an established and growing organization that helps companies improve their communication and efficiency – both internally and externally.

In this role, you will focus on developing and managing relationships with existing customers and partners. Your mission is to create growth within your customer base by identifying new needs, developing the business, and ensuring long-term collaborations.

You will work proactively via phone, digital meetings, and email, building strong relationships and creating value through relevant and business-driven solutions.

• Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
• Increase sales within the existing customer base
• Renegotiate and extend contracts
• Identify new business opportunities among existing customers
• Work proactively with outbound contact via phone and digital channels
• Create long-term trust and customer satisfaction

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, preferably within B2B, and who thrive in a role where relationships and business acumen are at the center.

Experience from the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
