About the role
As a Coordinator, you are the hub of our customer experience and the bridge between the customer and our technology. You handle incoming calls and emails, answer questions regarding ongoing installations, and guide customers with confidence and engagement.
Since our products – from solar panels to AI control – are technical, a key part of your daily work will be understanding the customer's situation and translating technology into simple, pedagogical language. You will collaborate closely with our coordinators, field technicians, and service teams to quickly find solutions and create satisfied customers.
What you will do
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, focusing on first-class service and technical understanding.
Act as the technical first line of support, helping customers understand and manage their energy solutions and our AI system, Heartbeat.
Support operations and service teams with various administrative and technical matters.
Coordinate dialogues between customers, coordinators, and technicians to resolve issues efficiently.
We are looking for someone who...
...is generally tech-savvy and has a natural interest in smart solutions, gadgets, or apps. You absolutely do not need to be an expert, but you pick up new systems easily and quickly understand how things fit together.
Requirements and preferences:
You have previous experience working in service in some form (e.g., retail, reception, customer service, or similar).
Advantageous: It is a big plus if you have worked with technical phone support previously, but it is not a requirement as long as you have the technical interest.
You are pedagogical, calm, and enjoy helping people – even when the pace is fast and a customer is stuck with a question.
