Through our company Supersejf AB, driven by the innovation company Lfant, and together with our eight owner companies within Länsförsäkringar, we have developed a Fighter Brand and a new digital initiative – the future insurance solution, Sejfa. About the role

The role of Performance Marketing Lead is a central part of Sejfa’s marketing team and is responsible for driving, developing, and optimizing our paid channels. Here, you own the work from strategy to analysis and ensure that our campaigns not only get seen but actually deliver results.

You work closely with the Content Creator and the rest of the marketing team, where your strength lies in understanding what the numbers actually say and what needs to be done next. For us, performance is not about setting up campaigns and hoping for the best. It is about analyzing, optimizing, and constantly finding smarter ways to grow.

This is the role for you who enjoy combining analysis with development and results. You are confident enough to make data-driven decisions, experienced enough to see what works, and curious enough to want to test new things. At the same time, you thrive in an environment where the pace is high, the mandate is large, and the path from idea to action is short.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan, drive, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Own budget tracking and ensure that investments perform against set goals.
• Analyze performance and convert data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
• Identify new opportunities, channels, and working methods to drive growth.
• Track KPIs related to, among other things, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and cost per lead.
• Contribute to the long-term development of Sejfa’s performance marketing.

About you

You enjoy working in a data-driven manner and know that truly great performance marketing is about constant optimization. You understand the connection between creative excellence and business results and have the experience to determine what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to be adjusted to achieve better effectiveness.

You are self-reliant, analytical, and confident in taking responsibility for your channels from strategy and budget to reporting and optimization. At the same time, you are humble enough to collaborate closely with both creative and commercial functions to create truly great campaigns.

Our requirements for you:

• Experience in independently driving and optimizing paid advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Accustomed to working in a data-driven manner with analysis, budget tracking, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Experience in testing, analyzing, and developing campaigns based on results and target audience behavior.
• Understanding of how creative material and ad formats affect performance.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
