IT Administration Manager (Object Manager) – with a focus on the important mission of the Social Services Administration

We are now looking for you who want to step in as IT Administration Manager (Object Manager) – with a focus on the important mission of the Social Services Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will become a key player in our transformation journey towards an even smarter and more efficient municipality. Your focus will be on the object Social Support – a field that makes a real difference in people's lives.
You will, among other things:
- Plan, prioritize, and follow up on administration activities.
- Ensure stable operations, support, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate suppliers and create effective collaborations.
- Identify development opportunities – from needs to requirements.
- Drive digitalization, innovation, and smarter ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
- Have a relevant university degree or other equivalent competence.
- Have at least three years of experience in administration/object management.
- Have experience working close to operations – preferably in the public sector.
- Have knowledge of PM3, ITIL, or similar working methods.
- Understand regulations such as GDPR, OSL, and LOU.
- Have the ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions.
- Are structured and can handle complex objects with multiple sub-objects.
Above all: you can act as a bridge between people, operations, and technology.
ADVANTAGEOUS COMPETENCIES
- Previous experience from a municipality or other public operations.
- Experience with system support linked to the Social Services Administration's mission.
- Experience driving change work and working with complex projects.
- Understanding of needs-driven development and agile working methods.
