We are now looking for an engaged IT Support Technician who wants to be the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions and IT support. About the role:

As an IT Support Technician, you are the face of the company and are responsible for providing first-class support to our customers and users. You will:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets via our support system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
• Escalate more complex cases.
• Work with user accounts, passwords, and permissions in various systems.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience through fast and professional service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in IT and technology, preferably with a basic education in IT.
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has good communication skills.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
• Has experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking knowledge.
• Has experience from a similar role.
