We are now looking for an engaged IT Support Technician who wants to be the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions and IT support. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic and inspiring environment where you become one of the key figures in our service organization.
About the role:
As an IT Support Technician, you are the face of the company and are responsible for providing first-class support to our customers and users. You will:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets via our support system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
- Escalate more complex cases.
- Work with user accounts, passwords, and permissions in various systems.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience through fast and professional service.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in IT and technology, preferably with a basic education in IT.
- Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has good communication skills.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
- Has experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking knowledge.
- Has experience from a similar role.
