Job Description

As the Institution Responsible Nurse, you will serve as the leading nurse for the nurses working at the institution. Your task is to coordinate, lead, and support the development of the institution's healthcare work through delegation from the operations manager. A key part of the role involves collaborating with other professional groups at the institution. You have overall administrative responsibility for the institution's healthcare organization. The position requires a good understanding of the regulations and laws governing healthcare to drive quality assurance issues.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed nurse, preferably with additional education in psychiatry and/or substance abuse care. Previous experience as a civil servant, in leadership roles, and in collaboration with other professional groups is advantageous. The work requires good teamwork skills, stress tolerance, and personal maturity. You need to be flexible and accustomed to working independently. Personal suitability will be given great weight in the appointment. A driver's license is required.

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
