Within Capio Psychiatry, there is a constant development process, and our operations are characterized by a strong focus on high-quality care. Our clinic in Falun consists of a team of approximately 25 employees with various professional backgrounds. Together, we work to develop the operations for the benefit of the patient, with the ambition to create a warm and family-like atmosphere for each other, our patients, and their families. Together, we are building Dalarna's best child and adolescent psychiatric clinic.

Your Role

As a licensed psychotherapist with us, you work with children and adolescents aged 0–18 and their families. You should be able to make decisions about treatment interventions individually and in consultation with others. As a therapist with us, you should also enjoy meeting larger groups, lecturing, and mentoring. Together with your colleagues, you work to create safety and continuity during ongoing treatment.

You should be decisive, efficient, and meticulous in how you structure and organize your work. At our clinic, the goal is for you to be able to see five patients per day in treatment. Together with your colleagues, you have regular supervision, and the clinic strives for a good work environment based on systematic work environment management.

About You

It is a requirement that you are a licensed psychotherapist. Meritorious is previous experience from child and adolescent psychiatry as well as a focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time, part-time, or hourly. Start date by agreement. 6-month probation period.
