Citagon works with steel structures and forging, focusing on customized solutions. Standard products or large series are rare here; instead, we work closely with customers to create solutions based on real needs.

The projects are primarily local, and our customers are found in construction, industry, and public operations. Projects can range from large contracts to smaller, specially adapted projects.

Focus in your role

This is a role for you who want to work with more than just one part of the process. You follow the projects from start to finish, from the first inquiry to implementation and completion.

You work closely with customers, production, and colleagues while being responsible for costing, planning, and project management. More examples of tasks in the role:

• Costing and project preparation
• Quantity and material calculations
• Work based on drawings and technical documents
• Production and costing documentation
• Customer and supplier dialogue
• Coordination between design, production, and assembly
• Project follow-up and documentation
• Work in Excel and business systems
• 3D modeling as needed

If we could wish

We believe you have a few years of experience from construction, contracting, or project operations and feel comfortable working closely with customers, projects, and technical documentation. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, estimator, or foreman, or you are a construction blacksmith and feel it is time to take the next step.

To thrive in the role, we believe you have a good understanding of drawings and experience working with costing or project management. You are used to using Excel as a work tool and have good administrative and digital skills. If you also have knowledge of contract law, we see it as a big plus.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable using English at work. If you have experience with steel, forging, or have worked in SketchUp before, we will be extra happy, but the most important thing for us is not exactly where you come from, but that you want to contribute your experience and develop together with us.
