As a Sales Associate at BAUHAUS, you have an important and operational role with significant customer interaction. You are the face of BAUHAUS to our customers and a key player for us. Therefore, it is important that you are service-minded, professional, and have a natural ability to provide excellent customer service.

You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and coworkers. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting product range, and no two days are alike. You will thrive here! Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of Sales Associate, you need to be service- and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a bonus if you are hands-on, have industry experience, and/or have worked as a tradesperson, but this is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken).

The BAUHAUS season starts before summer, so the start date is in June according to agreement until the end of August, with the possibility of extension through the summer. We are looking for you who can work varied hours, including daytime, evening, and weekends. The position is part-time.
