Do you like machinery and engines as well as communicating with customers?

Reservdelaronline is now looking for a summer temp for our customer support team, where you will handle support inquiries from customers.

The position is located in fresh, new premises in the growing business park Albyberg Företagspark in Österhaninge.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and case management systems
• Locate the correct spare parts in exploded views based on model and model number
• Process returns and create return labels
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices

Your skills and experience:

Requirements:

✅ Good computer skills

✅ Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

✅ Completed upper secondary education

Advantageous but not required:

✅ Experience from previous customer service roles

✅ Interest or experience with machinery, exploded views, etc.

The company started selling spare parts online in 2017 and has grown every year since. Today, it is one of the largest players in the market, specializing in spare parts for garden machinery. Our core values are good prices, fast deliveries, and helping you find the right part.

We currently have 6 full-time employees, but our staff doubles during the peak season. We are a young team that enjoys teamwork and has a relaxed atmosphere. During breaks, we sometimes play ping pong, hoping to become the next Truls Möregårdh.

Job Information:

Location: Albyberg Industrial Area, Österhaninge

Start: Immediately

Hours: Full-time

Duration: Fixed-term position until August 31, 2026

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30

Salary: Hourly wage according to the Warehouse and E-commerce agreement
