Work as a Meeting Booker / Telemarketer from Home!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely and is experienced in using the phone as a primary tool.

A requirement for the position is previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, meaning you are comfortable handling objections. You will be calling cold leads to generate interest in scheduling a meeting.

Having your own company or F-tax status is considered an asset, but it is not a requirement.

About the Role

As a Meeting Booker / Appointment Setter, you will schedule meetings for well-known companies. Currently, the focus is on appointment setting for real estate agents (e.g., free property valuations). Since you offer a free and highly valued meeting, the conversion rate is high, giving experienced bookers fantastic opportunities to achieve great results quickly. The work involves making cold calls to customers via our dialer.

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
  • Scope: Full-time only
  • Location: Remote Work – which means you must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and reliable internet connection).
  • Salary: High commission based on the number of bookings. You are paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a deal for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
  • Target Income: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements:

  • Computer with a stable internet connection
  • Headset for undisturbed phone conversations
  • An ergonomic workspace at home where you will not be disturbed
  • Fluent Swedish

You should be:

  • Confident and experienced in using the phone as a tool
  • Experienced in calling cold leads
  • Goal-oriented and competitive
  • A person who thrives in a remote/home-office environment
  • Equipped with high social competence
  • Someone who finds it easy to build relationships
