Margretelund School is a primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 700 students. Here, safety, community, and learning are at the core – throughout the entire school day and in the after-school care activities. We work closely together in an engaged and professional team, developing our operations for the benefit of the students.

Your new job

As an After-School Care Teacher, you plan, implement, and follow up on educational activities based on the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22). You are a vital part of the students' entire school day, contributing to a holistic approach to learning, safety, and development.

We are now looking for an After-School Care Teacher with a specialization in Physical Education and Health who wants to help develop an active and meaningful after-school program where movement, community, and learning go hand in hand. During mornings, you work as a teaching resource in the classroom, supporting students' learning and development in close collaboration with class teachers.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate activities in the after-school care center
• Create meaningful activities that promote students' social, creative, and physical development
• Collaborate with teachers and other colleagues at the school
• Actively contribute to the school's value-based work and joint development

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified teacher specializing in After-School Care with a focus on Physical Education and Health
• Has good knowledge of Lgr22 and its value base
• Has a clear and warm leadership style when working with students
• Is secure, creative, and team-oriented
• Has the ability to create structure, safety, and participation in students' daily lives
• Enjoys using movement and physical activity as a natural part of students' development and learning
