Do you want to offer top-class hospitality? Then you should work at Torekov Tourist Office!

As a tourist guide, you are an ambassador for Torekov and Bjäre. You will inspire, inform, and provide excellent service to our visitors in person, by phone, and through digital media.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexible, proactive, and full of ideas. You handle multiple tasks simultaneously, remain calm under pressure, and possess strong social skills.

To succeed in this role, you must also have good knowledge of Torekov and the surrounding Bjäre area. Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English are essential. Additional language skills are a plus. We expect your proficiency in digital media, primarily Facebook and Instagram, to be strong. You should be able to create and compile attractive text and image content for both the website and social media. Basic proficiency in common computer programs (Word, Excel) is also required.

While personal suitability is highly valued, we prefer applicants with education in tourism and hospitality or documented work experience in a similar field.

The Tourist Office in Torekov has an integrated gift shop, so you will also be responsible for sales.

We are seeking a tourist guide for a 50–70% position for the period of June 10 – August 20 (we are flexible with start and end dates, but you must be available for the entire summer). The role includes weekend shifts according to a rolling schedule.
