Nolato MediTor AB develops and manufactures polymeric products and systems in partnership with globally leading Life Science companies. In our production, we manufacture and further process most polymeric materials, such as silicone, plastic, TPE, synthetic rubber, and natural latex. Our areas of expertise include product and process development, injection molding, dip coating, and extrusion. We also offer innovative solutions in further processing and assembly.

We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a driven and responsible Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer at Nolato MediTor AB, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes maintain the right quality and meet regulatory requirements.

Examples of tasks include:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality and process performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Developing existing quality control measures to ensure products meet specified requirements.
• Handling customer complaints and leading root cause analyses.
• Driving and managing change control processes.
• Participating in customer projects.
• Conducting quality-related training for colleagues within the organization.

Profile

You are analytical and technically interested, with strong collaboration skills across diverse backgrounds and competencies. You are proactive, humble, and thrive on challenges.

In addition to your personal potential, we would appreciate if you have:

• A university degree in chemistry, natural sciences, engineering, or another relevant field.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate and work in various IT systems.

Knowledge of statistical tools for quality data analysis and ISO 13485 is considered a merit.

It is important that you take personal ownership of your work. In this role, you will be supported by a quality team of six colleagues. Together, we work cross-functionally with engineering, production, logistics, purchasing, and marketing, and we are skilled at solving quality-related challenges as a team.
