About the position

To meet the operational needs and continue to offer high-quality care, we are now looking for one to two nurses to join our team.

Your main task is directed towards ordinary housing, where you care for the patient in their own home. You start from the nurses' shared facilities before the day's home visits and plan your work independently based on the patients' needs.

As a nurse within municipal primary care, you have overall responsibility for nursing care and work with a clear patient and rehabilitation perspective, where each individual's resources, needs, and conditions are at the center.

The working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Most shifts are during the day, and you work one weekend out of six. During evenings and weekends, you work across several operational areas, such as:

• Ordinary housing
• Specialized housing
• Short-term care unit
• LSS/Psychiatry

This provides a varied, flexible, and developing work environment.

A large part of the work takes place in close collaboration with other professions, such as rehabilitation and habilitation staff as well as assistant nurses, where you together create a safe and cohesive care for the patient.

Experience of municipal primary care and work in ordinary housing is meritorious.
