We are currently looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join a global leader in industrial laundry solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure advanced systems to deliver customized, customer-specific automation solutions at the facility in Viared.
• Travel internationally (approximately 60–80 days per year, primarily to the USA and Europe) with project durations ranging from one day up to two weeks.
• Work closely with the installation team on site during renovations, expansions, and upgrades at customer locations.
• Responsible for completing and quality-assuring the commissioning process to ensure projects are closed correctly and cost-effectively.
• Communicate with customer operators, IT departments, and technical staff, as well as conduct training sessions after commissioning is completed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, international customers, and global partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for problem-solving who thrives working towards deadlines with the highest quality. You understand the importance of good communication and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Higher Vocational Education (YH) or Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Good knowledge of automation technology, PLC programming, mechanics, and electronics.
• Previous experience working independently with commissioning, renovations, or on-site customer service.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish, in speaking and writing (English is the primary working language).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
