ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our assignments in both the public and private sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the service management of business-critical IT services and systems for our clients. You will work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders, focusing on planning, prioritization, budgeting, monitoring, and the long-term development of service objects. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in service management, IT governance, or similar roles, who thrives in a consultant role with varied assignments and environments. You are structured, communicative, and accustomed to fostering collaboration between business and IT. Experience with PM3, ITIL, or similar management models, as well as experience working within the public sector, is considered an asset.
