Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as car washing, damage inspection, and refueling.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions at the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Damage inspection.
• Vehicle care.
• Delivery of rental cars.

Your qualifications

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license with at least 1 year of experience and manual transmission capability.
• Good computer skills.

Working hours

You will work on a two-week rotation schedule, working 07:00–16:00 one week and 09:00–18:00 the next. The work week is Monday to Friday.
