About the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment where you are employed by Bravura and work at GAIM Professional. Both parties aim for the assignment to either be extended or converted into a permanent position at GAIM Professional.

💼 Responsibilities
As Sales Support / Back Office, you play a central role in ensuring smooth business operations and deliveries to GAIM Professional's customers and partners. You work closely with sales managers, distributors, and internal functions, acting as a cohesive link between customers, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups. Currently, the role reports directly to the CEO, but this may change over time as the company grows and the organization develops.
The role combines administrative, coordinating, and business-oriented tasks, making it ideal for you who thrive in a varied daily routine where structure, precision, and commercial thinking go hand in hand. You will have ongoing contact with customers in the police, military, and security sectors and may also participate in customer events, trade shows, and product demonstrations alongside colleagues from the organization.
Typical tasks:
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations for customers and partners
- Follow up on order and delivery status in dialogue with distributors
- Ensure deliveries take place according to plan and agreements
- Maintain ongoing contact with key distributors and other stakeholders
- Follow up on payments and business-related administrative matters
- Opportunity to attend trade shows, customer events, and represent GAIM Professional
- Opportunity to participate in product demonstrations and meetings with end customers
- Contribute to the development of working methods, system support, and sales processes
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Good computer and system skills, preferably with CRM systems
- Genuine interest in defense, police, and public safety
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Advantageous with experience in B2B Sales Support, back office, or a similar role
- Highly advantageous with experience or knowledge from police, military, or security-related operations
- Additional languages, such as German, are advantageous
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable working independently but also thrive in close collaboration with others. Since GAIM Professional is a company under construction, you are flat-hierarchy, flexible, and a “doer” who is eager to jump in where needed. At the same time, you have a business perspective and understand the importance of structure and follow-up in sales processes.
