About the Position

You will first be employed as a consultant at Montico and hired out to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment at Montico or direct employment at the client company.

Working hours are usually scheduled during the day or in two shifts, but we would appreciate it if you are flexible regarding other shift patterns. Here you have the chance to find stable, developmental work in industry at well-established companies.

Job Description

We are looking for personnel for three different types of roles: Operator, Fitter, and Foundry Worker.

• As an Operator, you work at machines and follow the process, which involves several different work tasks. Your duties include planning and handling materials, supervising the machines, and quality control of the finished product.
• As a Fitter, you primarily work with assembling smaller components, both based on drawings and instructions. The fitter role also includes quality controls and forklift handling.
• As a Foundry Worker, you will work at a foundry machine and follow the process, which involves several different work tasks. Your duties will consist of handling die-cast parts in the form of breaking metal, punching, blasting, measuring according to control instructions, and process supervision.

For all assignments, we of course appreciate that you have experience in similar work, but the most important thing for us and our clients is to have the right person in the right place. Therefore, your personal qualities, your drive, and willingness to learn are very important.

• Previous experience in industrial work
• Forklift license and experience in forklift driving
• Overhead crane license
