Fysrehab is a private healthcare provider conducting rehabilitation on behalf of the Region of Västra Götaland under the Vårdval Rehab framework. At our clinic in Lidköping, we offer high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to each patient's individual goals and needs.

We are now looking for a licensed speech-language pathologist who wants to join our neuro-care team and actively contribute to the development of our operations.

About the Role

As a speech-language pathologist at Fysrehab, you will be responsible for the rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions. This includes, for example, stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. You will be part of our neuro-care team alongside a fellow speech-language pathologist, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
• Individual rehabilitation as well as counseling for patients and their relatives.
• Active participation in teamwork and joint care planning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Works independently, structured, and evidence-based.
• Thrives in teamwork and actively contributes to collaboration.
• Demonstrates a professional, attentive, and patient-centered approach.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license, as work sometimes takes place in the patient's home environment.

Additional qualifications are:

• Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.
• Advanced competence in areas such as aphasia and/or dysphagia.
• Certification in LSVT LOUD.
