Would you like to help develop future healthcare and social care together with us? We are now looking for two nurses for our care and nursing homes in the Northeast. As a nurse with us, you will have an stimulating and flexible job with a focus on personal responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence and make a difference.

Your duties as a nurse include assessing, planning, executing, leading, and following up on health and medical care interventions in consultation with the individual, their relatives, and other staff. The care provided ranges from preventive to advanced care. Together with your colleagues, you will drive and develop a competent operation where high care quality and person-centered care are in focus.

At our workplace, you work together with colleagues who have long experience and high collective competence. You will have colleagues in your team who are nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The work also involves collaboration with care staff, doctors, and managers. Your role also includes supervising care staff and delegation tasks. Together, we create good and equal care and ensure that the patient gets an optimal life situation. The work is primarily during daytime hours, but it also includes evening and weekend work, where you have a weekend duty every four weeks. During on-call hours, you work towards ordinary housing, BMSS, and care and nursing homes. You will operate from our shared premises on Förstamajgatan.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. A B-category driver's license is a requirement for the position as you travel to patients by car. It is an advantage if you have experience in the profession, but we also welcome you who are new to the role as a nurse.

To succeed in the position, we see that you have a good ability to work together with others and that you enjoy creating relationships with people at all levels, both within your own organization and outside. You show respect, care, and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You proceed from the equal value of all and create a good atmosphere in the meeting. You act independently based on what the situation requires and have the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment. You take your tasks seriously, are keen on completing what you have started, and ensure that the work is done correctly.
