Chef with Experience at Maritim Hotel & Restaurant in Simrishamn

Do you want to work in the heart of the operation with the sea just around the corner? We are now looking for driven chefs who want to create fantastic dining experiences in the best location in Simrishamn this summer.

Maritim Hotel & Restaurant is a cozy and homely hotel with 14 rooms, a restaurant for 50 guests indoors, and a popular outdoor terrace for an additional 50 guests during the summer months. Our guests are everything to us, and they should look forward to returning – that is our common goal!

About the Role

We are looking for driven chefs for our kitchen, which is the heart of the operation. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for maintaining high quality in all aspects. Education and experience are meritorious.

Your Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: You have an eye for detail and ensure that every dish meets the highest quality standards.
• Presentation and Taste: You are passionate about cooking and have a strong sense for both taste experience and visual presentation.
• Structure: You have the ability to follow established standards, routines, and hygiene regulations.
• Teamwork: You are a team player who thrives working closely with kitchen colleagues and serving staff.
• Personality: You are positive, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Working Hours and Duration
