Do you have good experience with invoicing and administrative tasks? Then this might be the job for you!

We are now looking for a part-time finance assistant/administrator!

Your responsibilities

In your role, you will handle financial administration, general administration, and act as support for the CEO and service technicians.

You will primarily work independently and staff our office 3–4 days a week. We appreciate that you are systematic and able to develop efficient routines. Some possibility for remote work exists.

Examples of tasks:

• Handling case management systems and incoming cases
• Handling purchases and purchase order confirmations
• Invoicing
• Warranty reporting
• Contracts and quotation handling
• Issuing spare parts to customers

Who are you?

• You are curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and responsible.
• We prefer that you have at least 1 year of experience working in administration or finance.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good understanding of English.
• Previous experience with Fortnox and Summera support is highly meritorious.

The employment is for 50–75%, permanent position. We apply a 6-month probation period.
