We are looking for an experienced and confident IT Support Specialist who wants to take a central role in creating structure, quality, and clarity in a business-critical support function. You will become a key part of our highly automated production site at the forefront of the automotive industry.

This is a role for you who enjoys combining hands-on troubleshooting with more coordinating responsibilities – where you act as the central entry point for support cases, prioritize and quality-assure incoming cases, and ensure that the business receives the right support from the right function.

About the role

You will work closely with both the business and IT in an environment where IT is a major part of daily operations.

The role includes among other things:

• Manage and prioritize incoming support cases
• Create clear working methods and ensure that cases are handled by the correct function and at the correct level
• Support users and key users in their daily work, providing guidance and problem-solving when needed
• Perform independent 1st & 2nd line troubleshooting
• Coordinate communication during incidents and operational disruptions
• Contribute to improved processes and more structured support management
• Take ownership of the site regarding hardware procurement & replacement

You will serve as a crucial relief for both end-users and IT resources by creating better structure, clearer priorities, and higher quality in the support flow.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience with IT support in complex business environments
• Proficiency in structured incident management and troubleshooting
• Experience working closely with both business and development teams
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

Technical experience with:

• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Entra ID
• ERP systems
• ITSM/ticketing tools
• Printers, label printers
• Scanners
• Understanding of networking

Preferred qualifications

• Good understanding of ERP and business systems
• Documentation management
• Understanding of ITSM processes & ITIL such as incident, service request, problem, and change
• Experience with business-critical incidents and operational environments
• Security
