Are you a structured person with an eye for order and technology? We are now looking for a technical administrator for a long-term assignment. Here you will have an important role in ensuring the quality of the company's technical databases and information flows.

About the role

As a technical administrator, you are responsible for managing and quality-assuring information regarding the company's physical assets and facilities. The role involves reviewing incoming technical documentation and ensuring that the digital documentation matches the actual operations.

You work in a team with other specialists and serve as a support for both internal project managers and external suppliers. This position suits you if you thrive with overall administrative responsibility and want to work in an environment where precision and quality are in focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks on technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with current standards.
• Register, update, and maintain information in the company's central business systems and databases.
• Provide administrative support to project members and external parties regarding documentation requirements.
• Ensure that changes in ongoing projects are correctly registered and follow up on any deficiencies in the documentation.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in administrative work, preferably in a coordinating or technical role.
• Is highly skilled in handling digital systems and databases.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as the role involves contact with various stakeholders.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working with object data, drawing management, or technical administration.
• Previous experience from larger business systems (e.g., within logistics, purchasing, or asset management).
• A basic technical understanding or interest in infrastructure.
