About Oral Care

Oral Care is one of Sweden's largest private healthcare providers within dentistry, with over 35 years of industry experience. We offer general dentistry and mobile home dental care for patients through our many clinics and mobile units across Sweden. Our values permeate everything we do and drive us to constantly improve and develop our operations.

Oral Care currently has clinics in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. In total, we have 29 clinics in Sweden, 11 clinics in Norway, and over 30 clinics in the Netherlands, with plans to expand further.

For the mobile operations, our offices are located in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Linköping.

About the position – Mobile operations in Östergötland

You will base yourself in Linköping, or partially from your home location depending on where you live and how the work area is distributed. The operations are located in Östergötland, where you will meet patients in their homes, in SÄBO (supported housing), and within home care services – typically 7–10 patient visits per day, with flexibility and freedom under responsibility.

You will be part of an engaged team consisting of approximately 6 dentists, 8 dental hygienists, and 8 dental nurses in Linköping. Collaboration with our clinics may occur through referral exchange and also offers opportunities for professional development for those interested.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental issues in mobile settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with patients.
• Collaborate with dental nurses and hygienists to ensure a high-quality care experience.
• Use and maintain mobile dental units and equipment.
• Participate in training initiatives and stay updated with the latest dental technology.

Who we are looking for

• Licensed dentist with at least 3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude, especially in changing work environments.
• Experience working with digital medical record systems is an advantage.
• Category B driver's license is required to use our mobile units.
• The position is permanent with 40-100% employment level.
• Start date according to agreement.
