Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Grävtech, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on earthworks and infrastructure projects. You work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves a combination of operational work in the field and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and steering the execution of projects
• Budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Coordination of personnel, machinery, and resources
• Customer contact and follow-up
• Ensuring that occupational health and safety requirements are met

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will initially be placed on a project in the Malmfälten area. The position involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for you who:

Have experience from the construction, earthworks, or infrastructure industry, preferably in a leading role. The position also requires a valid B-driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
