About the Operations

The Home Care Group Stavre/Dannebacken is located east of the city center, within walking distance of approximately 20 minutes from the center. We are a wonderful team that together aims to create cohesive and high-quality care in ordinary housing.

Within home care, you will meet people of all ages who need different forms of support to make daily life function. Our approach is characterized by placing the care recipient's needs at the center.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, you work based on both the Social Services Act and on delegation according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You work person-centered with care, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff. The assignment also includes the role of Permanent Care Contact, where you are responsible for ensuring continuity, coordination, and good follow-up.

As a nursing assistant, you are expected, after training and approved delegation, to be able to perform the health and medical care tasks required by the operations. Documentation in digital systems is also a natural part of the work.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and other professions – together we contribute to ensuring that care recipients and relatives receive support characterized by participation, commitment, and professionalism.

Working hours are scheduled for day and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. If you have previously worked as a nursing assistant, preferably within home care, we see this as meritorious.

It is important that you are willing and confident in taking the delegations required by the job. The work involves ongoing documentation, which requires good computer skills as well as good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.

A B-driver's license and the ability to cycle are required.
