Your Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative at San Sac, you will become part of an engaged team of six people where collaboration, helpfulness, and job satisfaction are in focus. You work closely together and in tight coordination with other parts of the organization, always with the customer at the center.

The workday is varied and developmental. You follow the business through the entire flow, from start to finish, where you register orders, place orders with the factory, book transport, and send order acknowledgments to the customer. In parallel, you guide customers to the right solutions, both via the web shop and in dialogue, and support the sales organization in quotation work, from simple inquiries to more complex deals.

You work with both your own quotations and deals driven together with outside sales representatives, which gives you a broad and business-close role with many contact points.

The role includes among other things:

  • Register orders and ensure a smooth flow
  • Be a central contact point for customers and colleagues regarding questions related to orders and deliveries
  • Provide advice on products and solutions together with customers and sales staff
  • Handle complaints and follow up on cases

You have ongoing contact with several internal functions, such as product groups, warehouse, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth processes and deliveries. It is in the close collaboration with your colleagues that you create the best conditions for success in the role.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a few years of relevant work experience from a role where accuracy, structure, and flexibility have been central. Experience from the recycling industry or similar is an advantage. You are familiar with digital tools and navigate comfortably in various systems.

As a person, you are:

  • Accurate and organized with a clear goal focus and the ability to complete what you start
  • Self-reliant with good problem-solving skills, where you actively seek information and find solutions to the challenges you encounter in everyday life
  • Communicative and confident in your dialogue, whether it concerns customers, suppliers, or internal contacts. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
