We are in a process of change, preparing ourselves to meet future needs of our patients regarding both accessibility and treatment.

Description

The clinic provides specialist psychiatric care for all psychiatric diagnostic groups. The geographical catchment area includes Falköping, Skara, and Tidaholm. The clinic also houses a digital ADHD clinic and a DBT team serving the entire Skaraborg region.

We are approximately 50 people working on the unit with nine different professions, giving us a rich variety of competencies.

The clinic is divided into different teams and works for good collaboration with inpatient care and other healthcare partners, such as the municipality and primary care.

Responsibilities

Working as a nurse in psychiatry is varied. You will be a designated care contact for a large number of patients, staff the telephone advice line, and handle drop-in consultations. You will sit in on treatment teams and participate in process development. The core of our operations is the meeting with the patients and collaboration.

Some evening shifts and work within inpatient care may occur.

Qualifications

• Nurse with further education in psychiatry.
• We would also appreciate if you are trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Step 1.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, teamwork skills, your experience working with the target group, and administrative skills.

Conditions

When appointing staff for positions in psychiatry, we will request extracts from the suspicion and criminal records registry. This request is handled by the employer.

Interviews may take place continuously during the recruitment period.
