At INAB Mekaniska in Nyköping, we are now looking for an experienced welder or blacksmith – preferably with both skill sets, but most importantly, we want to know who you are as a person!

About the role: As a welder/blacksmith with us, you will handle a variety of tasks, ranging from manufacturing in the workshop to assembly at customer sites. You will work both independently and as part of a team, where flexibility and collaboration are key to success. Here, you will have the chance to work with the entire production chain.

You appreciate order and structure, are a stable and reliable person, and enjoy meeting new people and customers. You can plan your work independently but also thrive in a group setting. You have an interest in welding or assembly and wish to develop together with us.

Requirements

• Experience as a welder and/or blacksmith in similar tasks.

• Relevant education or equivalent experience.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings related to welding and blacksmithing.

• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as an interest in mechanics.

Merits

• Licensing according to ISO standards (especially 136 and 111). Licenses can also be renewed or obtained through us.

• Experience with safe lifting, forklift license, and boom lift.

Working hours are 07:00–16:00, and the position is full-time with a six-month probation period. We also offer a wellness allowance and access to a chiropractor/osteopath when needed.
