Municipal Primary Care

We are currently looking for several nurses to join our teams in Hjorted, Gamleby, and Västervik.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will meet your patients in their home environment, which provides security for the patient. By making several home visits each day, you will experience a change of scenery. We conduct home visits in both urban, rural, and archipelago environments. Our work ranges from simple medical interventions to those involving advanced medical equipment and technology. Part of the work also includes end-of-life care.

As a nurse, you train and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff at our special housing facilities and in home care services. You are responsible for following up on and evaluating the planned interventions. We work in teams where several different professions collaborate around the patients.

With us, you have an independent job where you plan and organize your work yourself. There is ongoing development work within the operations to improve care for our patients. You will have great opportunities to participate in this work and contribute your thoughts and experiences. We have an education plan within the operations and offer opportunities for specialist training.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. For this position, you also need a Class B driver's license and experience driving manual transmission cars.

We are looking for you who want a mobile job, take personal responsibility, and work independently. It is important that you have good empathy, strong collaboration skills, and can communicate with others in a listening and constructive manner.

You plan your work independently, which means you need to be able to organize and prioritize your tasks. If the situation requires it, you may need to change your plans, so it is important that you are flexible and can see opportunities in changes.
