We are now looking for another customer service representative to join our wonderful customer service team. Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a sense for professional customer interaction. You are a team player who always strives to consider the best interests of customers, colleagues, and the company. You can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, take ownership of your work, and are eager to take initiative. Furthermore, we look for candidates who can start relatively soon and are available to work 2–5 shifts per week.

We also look for you to:

• Have previous experience from customer service or similar work
• Understand good telephone etiquette and customer interaction over the phone
• Speak and write fluent Swedish & English
• Be accustomed to working with computers in various systems
• Be comfortable using the telephone as your primary work tool
• Be an engaged, positive, and independent person.

It is also an advantage if you:

• Speak Norwegian or Finnish

Your responsibilities

You will primarily work with responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone & email. In addition, you will send out Guldbrev and, if necessary, contact existing customers for follow-up and service.
