Are you a driven and solution-oriented property manager with a strong interest in technology, operations, and sustainable property solutions? Do you want to help develop the public transport of the future alongside an engaged team? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
Keolis is expanding its property department in Gothenburg and is now seeking a property manager who wants to become part of a great team and a company characterized by high customer satisfaction, job satisfaction, and a future focus.
About the Role
As a Property Manager at Keolis, you are responsible for the daily management and development of our bus depots in Gothenburg. The role is broad and varied, with a focus on ensuring efficient, sustainable, and well-functioning property operations.
You will work both operationally and strategically with operations, maintenance, supplier contacts, and development issues. A key part of the role is coordinating contractors and ensuring that the properties maintain high quality based on operational needs.
You will work independently with significant personal responsibility, while being part of an engaged team where collaboration and initiative are highly valued. You will have support from management and close collaboration with the operations team.
We use digital tools in our daily work and would appreciate experience with property systems and database-based monitoring.
Your role as a Property Manager is organizationally placed within the Maintenance Department, and you report directly to the Maintenance Manager. The position is a permanent full-time role, and Keolis applies a six-month probation period.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Overall management and development of our properties and depots
- Planning and monitoring of operations and maintenance
- Coordination and monitoring of contractors and suppliers
- Orders, requests for quotations, and cost monitoring
- Corrective actions and preventive maintenance
- Supervision, care, and systematic fire safety work
- Participation in authority inspections and ensuring compliance with authority requirements
- Analysis and work on operational optimization and energy efficiency
- Documentation and monitoring within property management
- Coordination between different internal departments and external parties
- Contributing to the long-term development of our properties and technical solutions
Your Background
We are looking for you who have experience in property management, technical management, or a similar role within the property industry. You have a good understanding of property operations and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, coordination, and problem-solving.
You are structured, responsible, and have the ability to drive work forward independently. At the same time, you are a team player who finds it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
We would appreciate if you have:
- Experience in technical property management
- Good administrative and economic understanding
- Experience in contractor management and supplier contacts
- Interest in sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
- Good computer skills and experience with digital systems
- Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
- Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Experience with electricity, charging infrastructure, or depot operations is considered an advantage.
What We Offer
Keolis offers you the opportunity to work in a company that contributes to social benefit and sustainable development. We value and leverage the qualities that a balanced gender distribution, as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, bring to the business.
As part of Keolis, you will receive a secure and stable employment with collective agreements, wellness benefits, and good development opportunities within a future-oriented industry. Every new employee receives an individually tailored onboarding program.
