Experienced Waitstaff Needed for Maritim Hotel & Restaurant in Simrishamn

Do you want a fantastic workplace with the sea just around the corner this summer? We are now looking for dedicated waitstaff who want to help create memorable experiences for our guests in the prime location of Simrishamn.

Maritim Hotel & Restaurant is a cozy and comfortable hotel with 14 rooms, a restaurant seating 50 guests indoors, and a popular outdoor terrace for an additional 50 guests during the summer months. Our guests are everything to us, and we want them to look forward to returning – that is our shared goal!

About the Role

As waitstaff, you are our face to the public and play a crucial role in delivering a memorable guest experience. The work involves a fast pace where you, together with your colleagues, ensure that our guests receive a fantastic overall experience throughout their dining stay. Experience from the restaurant or service industry is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Social Skills: You are good at making contact, thrive in social situations, and always greet guests with a sparkle in your eye.
• Guest Focus: You are passionate about service and sales and strive to exceed guests' expectations.
• Efficiency: You have the ability to handle stressful situations and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Personality: You are positive, reliable, and love working in a tight-knit team.

Working Hours and Duration

• Working Hours: Varying hours including both lunch and dinner service.
