At Attendo, we are now looking for a care assistant for Nämndemansgatan in Motala. Our residential care home stands for quality of life, warmth, and community. The facility has 54 places and offers large, bright, and pleasant areas that create an open and homely environment for both residents and staff.

About the role
As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten up the everyday life for our elderly.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Personal care according to the organization's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
- Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
- Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
- Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
- Care assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
- Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills/computer literacy.
Merits:
