Are you someone who enjoys driving and wants to spend the summer working meaningfully outdoors? On behalf of Miljöåkeriet, we are now looking for an engaged C-class driver for Umeå.
Here you get the chance to become part of a tight-knit team at a smaller transport company where personal service and the environment are at the center.
About the position
As a C-class driver at Miljöåkeriet, you will play a key role in their daily operations by driving waste collection vehicles. You will become part of an engaged team that together ensures efficient and environmentally friendly waste management in Umeå.
What we offer a summer temporary position with day shifts and weekdays only, as well as good opportunities for extension.
Responsibilities
The role involves driving and handling waste collection vehicles to ensure efficient waste management and contribute to a cleaner urban environment.
- Drive waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Handle waste management according to current regulations and routines.
- Maintain vehicles in good condition through daily inspections.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers and the general public.
- Collaborate with colleagues for smooth and efficient operations.
We are looking for you who
- Have a valid C-class driving license
- Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
- Are service-oriented and meticulous
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience driving waste collection vehicles
- An engaged and responsible personality
