Polfärskt is hiring warehouse staff and shop sales assistants in Skellefteå

Every day, we ensure that fresh bread from some of the market's strongest brands is delivered to stores across the country. We are now looking for a warehouse worker and a shop sales assistant for our operations in Skellefteå. The roles can be applied for separately or combined. For the right person, there is an opportunity to work in both functions.

Warehouse Worker (Fixed-term Contract)

As a warehouse worker, you are a vital part of the flow from delivery to shop. You work with order picking at our warehouse and in the freezer where we prepare deliveries for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders at the warehouse and in the freezer
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality in every delivery
• Work in a structured and efficient manner at a high pace
• Contribute to order and structure in daily work

Working Hours: Monday–Friday 06:30–15:30

Shop Sales Assistant – Weekends and Extra Hours

In this role, you work directly with our customers in their stores and represent Polfärskt in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bread to stores
• Stock and display products
• Build good relationships with store staff
• Ensure our products are presented in the best possible way

Working Hours

Primarily every other or every third weekend, approx. 06:00–10:00, and as needed on weekdays. Perfect for students or those who wish to combine work with studies or other activities. There are also good opportunities for summer jobs in the future for those who wish to develop further with us. Deliveries and shop work take place within Skellefteå and the surrounding area.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes responsibility, and likes to get things done. You are punctual, keep your promises, and take ownership of getting the job done. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team. For the shop sales role, it is important that you are social, service-oriented, and enjoy building good relationships. For the warehouse role, we value precision, structure, and the ability to work efficiently at a high pace. Experience from warehousing, logistics, retail, or service is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on personality, responsibility, and work ethic.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from warehousing, logistics, retail, or service
• Forklift license

Start Date

The warehouse role is a 10-month fixed-term contract with a planned start date of September 1, 2026.

We are keen to find the right person and can therefore be flexible with start dates. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to start earlier.
