Job Responsibilities

You will work as a traveling steel structure erector at J3M. Together with your team, you will create world-class steel structures that you will be proud to hand over to the customer. Work locations vary across the country, which means overnight stays away from home are part of the role.

Your primary task will be to assemble steel structures consisting of frames, roof sheets, concrete plinths, sandwich walls, and HDF floor joists. You will assemble and build according to well-developed assembly instructions, where planning and safety are of the highest priority. You will work with machinery and tools adapted and developed for the purpose, ensuring a safe and ergonomic work environment.

As a steel structure erector, you actively work to ensure that the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency is achieved in the assembly process.

Qualifications

Construction education or professional experience is an advantage, but the most important factor in this position is your personal qualities.

Conditions

This is a full-time position. The work week is normally Monday to Thursday, and the work is often performed away from home with overnight stays.
