Do you enjoy working with people, visiting customers, and creating business relationships? Then this might be the role for you.

At Jobman Texet, we are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help develop our presence in southern Stockholm and down towards Norrköping.

Here you will have a role with a lot of freedom, significant personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both your daily work and your results. You plan your own days, drive your district forward, and build long-term relationships with our resellers. For us, sales is about more than just products. It is about understanding the customer's business, building trust, and finding solutions that make a difference in their daily lives.

You will work from home in a district stretching from central Stockholm southwards all the way to Norrköping. Since most of your customers are located in the Stockholm area, we expect you to base yourself there. Your day-to-day life will consist of customer meetings and day trips with many personal contacts. This is a role for you if you thrive best close to the customers and the business.

The focus of the role is on developing cooperation with our resellers and helping them succeed even better with their end customers. Occasionally, you will also join your Area Manager on joint customer visits. We believe in activity, presence, and long-term commitment rather than quick closes. Therefore, customer meetings are an important part of your daily routine, ranging from shorter relationship-building visits to longer presentations, news showcases, and trade fairs.

At our company, you will work with strong and established brands within workwear and promotional products. You will have excellent opportunities to develop existing customers and new business in a region with great potential.

You will regularly visit our nice head office in Enköping for joint meetings with the team.

Previous sales experience is advantageous, but your personality, energy, and willingness are the most important factors.

Fixed salary, good benefits. You need fluent Swedish and a driver's license.
