We are looking for ground and civil engineering workers to strengthen our team during the peak season of 2026, with the chance of further permanent employment after the ground and civil engineering season. About the role

As a ground and civil engineering worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied daily routine where you work on interesting projects for our clients. The tasks include:

• Groundworks for foundations
• Paving
• Preparation for asphalt laying
• Water and sewage (VA) works

The work is mainly carried out outdoors, and the projects vary in scope. To make your daily life smooth, working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.

You start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get up to speed with both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for you who

We believe that your engagement and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a valid B-category driver's license
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in ground/civil engineering, for example, water and sewage works, paving, or stone setting
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Certificates for "Work on Road" (Arbete på väg) and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; otherwise, these trainings are provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
