About the Role

As a merchandiser at Drivabolagen AB, you are part of our delivery team and the face of our company in stores. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers' products are displayed and presented according to agreed guidelines – always with high quality and attention to detail. In this role, you collaborate closely with customer account managers and act as the executing link that turns customer requests into reality in the store.

Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising and display assignments in stores according to customer guidelines
• Build, maintain, and optimize product placements and campaign areas
• Ensure good order, visibility, and sales-oriented display
• Report completed work according to established procedures
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customer account managers regarding assignments and improvement opportunities

Note: The role requires some flexibility regarding working hours and travel. Approximately 2 days per week will involve working in a different district with stores at a greater distance.

We are looking for someone who

• Is detail-oriented, structured, and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a mobile and practical role
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and flexible
• Has strong social skills and provides professional service in stores
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Preferred: Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or grocery trade.
