Job Description

AFRY’s Technical Communication department consists of approximately 30 people with expert knowledge in digital training production, 3D visualization, and documentation. We are located across AFRY’s offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We work both in consulting assignments for our customers and in internal projects.

We are currently expanding our team in digital training production and are looking for a scriptwriter for e-learning production. The position is based in Gothenburg.

Our customers operate in a wide range of industries, and the subject matter can be virtually anything. We strive to make all our training programs effective and engaging. What do we mean by that? Employee time is money. We filter, structure, and streamline facts, transforming them into pedagogical graphics, film, and animation. In this way, the target audience avoids wading through masses of raw data. Instead, we show them how, when, and what they need to do. Shorter learning times and more attractive materials ensure that knowledge is retained longer.

Qualifications

Training Producer with a Focus on Scriptwriting

You are skilled at listening to and understanding the customer’s business, situation, and need for support. You can understand the customer’s problems and transform them into concrete solutions, collaborating with a graphic designer to develop a concept. You can drive the collection of facts from the customer, asking the right questions to determine how things should work. You are good at structuring and distilling large amounts of information, turning facts into scenario, film, and animation scripts.

We would like you to have worked for a few years in a similar role, have knowledge of the possibilities offered by different pedagogical approaches, and have an interest in following the development of new technical opportunities within learning. You do not need to be a fully-fledged producer yourself, but you should know what interaction possibilities exist in different types of authoring tools.

You possess a high level of technical understanding, and it is a significant plus if you have worked within the defense industry and/or the automotive industry.
